To add on to our current counselling & assessment services, Insight is renovating a part of our South office to become the home of Edmonton's newest Reproductive and Perinatal Services, Spring! Spring Reproductive & Perinatal Wellness Centre will host a diverse team of practitioners, including doulas, a lactation consultant, massage therapists, osteopaths, physiotherapists, and more! Upcoming Breastfeeding Bootcamp!

We are excited to announce that Leah Cadieaux, registered lactation consultant, will be hosting a prenatal breastfeeding workshop on Saturday, May 25th, 2024 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The session will be held in person and will cost $150 per couple. Join fellow expectant parents for an enriching prenatal breastfeeding class designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful breastfeeding journey!
