Alberta Grief & Loss Counselling
Grief is a natural response to loss. You may experience all kinds of difficult and unexpected emotions: shock, anger, disbelief, guilt, and/or profound sadness. The pain of grief can also disrupt your physical health, making it difficult to sleep, eat, or even think straight. These are all normal reactions to loss. However, if you experience these symptoms all the time, when symptoms are severe, or if you’re unable to put them aside and function normally again, it’s time to reach out for support. Insight’s team of patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable grief therapists are here to help.
