I would have to complete an assessment to determine whether or not you are struggling with bi-polar. There could be a variety of things that you are dealing with. Perhaps your solution lies in building self esteem. Or, if you do have clinical bi-polar, you may need to go on medication to stabilize your neurotransmitters. I suggest speaking to a therapist or speaking to a psychiatrist for an assessment.

In the meantime, you may want to make a long list of all the reasons why you feel confident. Write down all the strengths you possess and what it is that makes you a good person. Include on the list things you do that makes you happy, and ways in which you have benefited other people. Then when you are feeling like you are worthless, you can read the list and remind yourself of your importance and self-worth.
