Insight Psychological Therapists - Loriann Quinlan

Loriann Quinlan
Loriann Quinlan, Registered Psychologist, MSc, (She/Her)

I believe that every person deserves to, and can, live a happy, fulfilling, and healthy life. The struggles and challenges we sometimes face do not need to be tackled alone. Sometimes we get “stuck” in life and do not have the tools to move forward. My goal as a therapist is to help clients explore their struggles and challenges, provide support during the healing process, and offer guidance as they disentangle from their past and begin to live freely in the present. I offer an accepting and safe space to explore, heal, grow and evolve.

More About Loriann Quinlan

I have a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Northern British Columbia. I utilize an eclectic approach with an emphasis on client-centered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I work with adults, seniors, and couples to address a variety of issues that undermine one’s potential for happiness. These issues include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress management, body image, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting issues, relationship struggles and family of origin issues. I have a special interest in working with individuals who are struggling to achieve or maintain a healthy weight and with individuals who are thinking about, or have had, bariatric surgery for weight loss.
