How can you deal with wintertime S.A.D without spending money on a Light? I’m falling apart and everyone is pretty sure that it’s because it’s winter. Please help?

Thank you for your question. You are definitely not alone! What you are experiencing is very common for people during the winter months. I recommend that you book an appointment with your family physician to rule out other medical conditions and if you are not already doing so, I recommend that you take a multi-vitamin, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin D every day. I also encourage you to exercise regularly and keep active with friends and loved ones to help get through the difficult days.
