Group Counselling Sessions

Are you experiencing stress? Think about joining Insight’s newest group counselling session, ‘Managing Stress with Mindfulness’. These sessions are meant to help you how to explore how mindfulness-based strategies can be useful tools for coping with the stressors of daily life. The learning objectives for these sessions include:

  • Exploring the impact of stress on your well-being
  • Learning the benefits of mindfulness
  • Practicing mindfulness techniques
  • Learning tools and skills to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life

These group counselling sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings from 7pm – 8pm MST on May 6, 13, 20, & 27. Sessions will be held online through Zoom and will cost $50 per session. They will be facilitated by Navpreet Johal, Registered Provisional Psychologist, MA, and Michelle Johnson, Practicum Intern Therapist.
