Last Friday we had the joy of hosting our long awaited Spring Grand Opening Event! The event was designed to celebrate the space, welcome the community and provide an opportunity for people to learn. We saw so many lovely faces and are so grateful for all the support.

Choosing the right name for our centre was a thoughtful process. We chose “Spring Integrative Wellness” to reflect our holistic, collaborative, and multi-disciplinary approach to care and the core values we aim to embody through our services, team, and philosophy. At Spring our aim is to provide support that lasts beyond the appointment, empowering individuals to carry wellness into every aspect of their lives. Spring also represents new life at any stage, reminding us that growth, renewal, and transformation are always possible, no matter where you are on your journey.
