Hello, I’m Rume, a practicum intern therapist dedicated to guiding individuals on their unique healing and self-discovery journeys. NOTE: Our Practicum Intern (Student) Therapists offer reduced rates for counselling support. Please be aware that FEES WILL BE NON-REIMBURSABLE by Extended Health Care Benefit Plans.

**Rume is currently seeing both online and in-person clients in Calgary and Edmonton but ONLY online clients in Sherwood Park. Session rates for Rume are at a reduced flat rate of $50.00 per one hour session.

With over 8 years in the mental health field, I have extensive experience supporting individuals on their paths to wellness. I truly believe that you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to empower you with knowledge and support as you navigate the complexities of living. Whether it’s navigating life transitions, managing stress, weathering grief and loss, or simply evolving into your most authentic self.

My passion lies in growth and resilience, a belief that forms the cornerstone of my therapeutic approach. Together, we can work on developing skills that foster a resilient mindset, embracing change as a part of life, and recognizing the inherent potential for growth in every experience. My approach is person-centered, blending narrative therapy, solutions-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy, all tailored to meet your needs. This blend ensures that your unique needs and perspectives are at the forefront of our work together. I am committed to fostering an environment where you can freely express yourself and work towards becoming your authentic self, on your own terms.
