More About Robyn Campbell

I understand that most people who are seeking support for the first time are unsure of what to expect and may be feeling scared, hesitant, or resistant to delve into their emotional experiences. My goal as your therapist is to ensure that I provide a space where you feel comfortable and safe to do so. I approach each new relationship from a nonjudgmental place and with curiosity, care, and respect. I appreciate the fact that every person is unique and has their own experiences that have shaped their identity, beliefs, and perspectives on the world. In my eyes, it is a privilege when people feel safe enough to share their stories.

My diverse background and extensive training have equipped me with a wide range of therapeutic tools and techniques to support you on your unique journey. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which allows me to offer specialized support for trauma and emotional healing. I am also passionate about using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my work with clients. I believe that having an awareness of how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected provides a strong foundation for all therapeutic work. Additionally, I find that solution-focused techniques and DBT skills are also valuable additions throughout therapy.
