More About Chantelle Owen

No matter who you are or where you come from, you have the capacity to heal and evolve. Self-awareness inspires confidence and clarity in our values, desires, and boundaries. As we live, we stumble, we hurt, and we heal. As people, we want connection. Connection to ourselves, others, and the world around us. When suffering from mental health challenges, those connections can be lost, making it difficult to do the day-to-day and making the human experience painful whether you suffer from anxiety, depression, substance use, ADHD, low esteem, or just life. Therapy has the power to assist in gaining new skills, empower through education and provide a safe space to process those challenging feelings.

I work from a person-centered and strength-based approach. Therapy is collaborative, integrative, and highly personalized to meet your needs. I draw from several approaches: emotional-focused therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, and attachment therapy. I am committed to creating a safe space where you truly feel comfortable being yourself and embark on your unique therapeutic journey.
