Hello, I am interested in attending REBT/CBT workshops and wonder if your organization moderates such events? I am interested in a group environment where attendees share and learn from one another over a given period of time (i.e. 8, 10, 12 week sessions) rather than 1 on 1. I live in Airdrie.
