I have this problem when I find it hard to eat in front of people, because I think if they see how much I eat then they won’t want to be my friend and think i’m fat, and in a non- up myself way i’m skinny but not in an anorexic way. How do I get over it?
Issues around body image and eating are difficult to deal with. They are, however, quiet common. It sounds like the beliefs you have about food are controlling your thoughts and preventing you from enjoying life and experiencing friendships (without worrying about what other people are thinking about you).
