I don’t want to continue living.I want to die so badly that I wouldn’t even care if someone murdered me while I am walking to school.I want to end it all and death is something that I know I wouldn’t ever regret.I want it so much for the past seven years that I find each day unbearable.
This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed in-person. Have you tried to kill yourself before? If you were going to end your life, how would you do it? If you feel you are at high risk, I suggest going to the hospital. If you do not feel like you are in high risk, I suggest calling a local crisis unit. If you live in Edmonton, Alberta, you can call (780) 482-4357. If you live in another area, I suggest dialing 0 to speak to an operator who can direct you to a support center.
Suicide is a very serious issue, and if you have been feeling this way for seven years, it is no wonder that life is unbearable. Is there a school counselor you can speak to? You could even talk to your principle or vice principle about what you have been feeling. I highly recommend reaching out and talking to someone in person. It is very important that you find some support right now.
Something I am curious about is, what has kept you alive so far? You’ve been feeling this way for seven years, but something has kept you going. Somehow you are managing to keep yourself safe despite these intense feelings. What ever that is, hang on to it. And please reach out for some help by a local organization.
