Sometimes individuals require support in helping them become aware of their personal strengths and capabilities. Life circumstances can sometimes take over our feelings of self worth. It is important to remind yourself of the accomplishments and positive qualities that you possess as an individual. If this is something that you are finding to be initially challenging, we have a variety of therapists that are able to help you in this process. Therapy may include helping you in developing positive reframes and solutions and challenging negative thought patterns. It may also support you in uncovering the deep issues that attribute to the negative feelings you are experiencing.  Although these patterns may seem fixed, it is possible to modify them into more positive outlooks.

Being confident and developing a healthy self esteem takes time and may require support from others. It is important for you to be reminded of your accomplishments, values, and strengths as an individual. Sometimes we as humans may find it challenging to focus on such positive qualities and characteristics. I would suggest meeting with a therapist to help support you in the process of building your self worth. Once this is established, we help help you develop healthy boundaries to set with other individuals in your life and how to manage the stresses that you may be facing. We have a variety of therapists here and can help you determine which one may be beneficial for your needs.
