Session Fees & Rates

Our fee for service rates are $225/hr and the respective no show or late cancellation fee will be increasing to $112.50/hr. Please note that a 50% deposit is necessary to secure the first session booking or in cases where clients haven’t returned within the year.

Fees are due at the beginning of each session, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash. Please note that the fee for some of our Registered Senior Psychologists/Specialists may be different.

A reduced rate is available for counselling with Master’s Level Practicum Student Interns. We currently do not offer a sliding scale but we do provide a financing option for our clients. To learn more about this, kindly speak to our administrative staff.

Alternate Payment Options

Session fees can also be claimed or arranged through one of the following:

  • Child and Family Services
  • Certain Employee & Family Assistance Programs
  • Extended Health Care Coverage
  • First Nations & Inuit Health Branch.

DIRECT BILLING now available for Great West Life, Blue Cross and Greenshield clients.
