Insight Psychological Therapists - Sabrina Brady

Sabrina Brady, Registered Provisional Psychologist, MC, (She/Her)

Bringing empathy and compassion into my work, I view counselling as a collaborative process between myself and you (the client). It takes strength and courage to attend therapy, and my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your experiences, gain understanding, and make desired changes. Using a client-centred and integrative approach, I draw on multiple theoretical orientations, tailoring our approach to best fit your needs.

More About Sabrina Brady

My passion is to help and support others, meeting people wherever they are in their journey. I have over 15 years of professional experience supporting people of all ages with varied mental health and wellness needs.

When working with clients, I emphasise a holistic and integrative approach. I believe that counselling provides people the opportunity to meaningfully explore their experiences, emotions, beliefs, and behaviours in a constructive way, creating an environment for growth and where meaningful change can occur. The theoretical approaches I draw from are: Client-Centred, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused approaches, Gottman’s Method (couples), narrative therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

I look forward to working with you and hearing your story.
