Jennifer Kirkelund, Therapist, (She/Her)

Clarity-Confidence-Creativity.

I am passionate about assisting individuals to achieve success in all aspects of their lives. Compassionate and empathic, I support my clients to share concerns without fear of judgement. I believe people are the experts of their own lives and possess valuable strengths and resources to resolve challenges. I also enjoy working with athletes experiencing difficulties with performance, anxiety and depression. Depending on my client’s needs, I also incorporate interventions from several therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, Positive Psychology, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
