Hello I am a 19 year old theater student who has a really bad time with panic attacks. I was doing fairly well for a while but recently I was stalked in a rather horrifying way and I didn’t have any feelings about it. However after it was over I found my panic attacks were worse, mulitiple every day. Now I have at least 3 big attacks and stay on edge all day. I can’t focus on my school work, I can’t get through rehersals, and I can’t be around my friends because of the attacks. I really need something to help me deal.
