I dont know if im jelous or insecure, a few months ago my boyfriend was flirting with another girl via texts. i found out and asked him to stop but he carried on. it hurt me when i found out he was carrying on with the texts. now eveytime his phone rings or a text come through i feel uneasy. everynow and then i check his phone…how do i stop doing that? i dont want to be constantly checking his phone.
