I need help. I think I may have social phobia. I am afraid, shy or nervous to go to social functions or am afraid to speak or act at these functions. An example of this is when I’m with my closest friends, I feel nervous to be around them, sometimes I feel so up tight. At work, I am afraid to do presentatations or speak out.
