Insight Psychological recognizes the challenges that Alberta’s teachers and students are facing during the ongoing strike. We want to offer support and reassurance during this difficult time.
To help, we are providing two complimentary sessions with our practicum therapists to any teachers or students who have been affected. Sessions are available in-person at our South, North, West, Central, and Sherwood Park locations, or online for convenience and accessibility.
Our goal is to provide meaningful support for mental health and well-being, helping educators and students manage stress, maintain balance, and feel supported in their daily lives.
