COUNSELLING SERVICES FOR STUDENTS
Insight Psychological is offering psychological services and counselling to postsecondary students. We aim to provide accessible and affordable services. Our office is centrally located in downtown Edmonton in the Western Supplies Building.
Being a post-secondary student can bring many challenges. You may be away from home, family and friends for the first time, in a new city, facing new and difficult challenges. Perhaps you had an identity in high school that no longer fits you (athlete, actor, artist, etc.). Now you might feel uncertain of your identity, leaving you feeling isolated and lost.
Some common challenges students face:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Suicidal Thoughts
- Addictions
- Supporting someone with mental health challenges
Insight has a team therapists who can help and support you through this time in your life. We also blog about common issues students may face. Visit the blog to learn more!
