We want to provide you with the full benefit of the appointment you have made with Insight Psychological. Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance of your scheduled session to ensure your session starts on time and runs the full length of the appointment.
Deposit for Fee-for-Service Clients
To reserve a session with a therapist, Insight takes a deposit of of half the cost of the session for fee-for-service clients. This applies only to your first session with Insight.

**Should you book an appointment through the website, there is an additional form to fill out that is available for download after you have submitted your request for appointment.**
Insight is working towards set up with various extended health care benefit carriers for direct billing to serve you better. At this time, we are not able to do direct billing, so we require clients pay the full session cost up front and submit their receipts to their insurance for reimbursement independently. We will keep our clients updated as we get set up for direct billing with carriers. It is the client’s responsibility to know their coverage limits, and to personally pay fees beyond their coverage limits.
If you are unable to make it to an appointment, kindly provide us 24-hrs notice to change or cancel. Phone, fax, or e-mail are all acceptable ways to contact us. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, Insight will charge half the cost of the booked session.
