I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, accepted, and supported without judgment. I work with teens, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and other challenges, helping them build practical skills while creating a life that reflects what matters most to them. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you at a pace that feels right for you.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable from the moment we meet. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and understood without judgment. I believe that healing begins when we can acknowledge our experiences with compassion while also taking meaningful steps toward the life we want to build. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and self esteem.
My approach is collaborative, trauma informed, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, learn to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with greater openness and self compassion, and develop practical tools that help you move toward the life you want to live. My background in trauma and crisis intervention allows me to support clients through both ongoing struggles and life’s most overwhelming moments. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, heal from difficult experiences, or make lasting changes in your life, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Have you, or anyone close to you, had to overcome any trauma, or mental health challenge?
Yes. In 2020, I lost my best friend, and that experience profoundly shaped both my life and my understanding of mental health. Grief taught me that healing isn’t linear and that having compassionate support can make all the difference during life’s most difficult moments.
That experience continues to influence how I show up as a therapist. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported, no matter where you are in your journey. While I won’t pretend to know exactly what you’re going through, I understand how overwhelming life can feel, and I believe healing is possible.
What are you most passionate about?
I am deeply passionate about spending time outdoors and connecting with nature. Whether it is hiking through the trails, breathing in the fresh air, or spending time in my garden, I find so much grounding and healing in slowing down and being present in the natural world.
Nature has a way of reminding us to pause, reconnect with ourselves, and appreciate the small moments. I believe these experiences can be powerful sources of restoration and reflection, and I love bringing that same sense of mindfulness, connection, and balance into my personal life and my work with clients.
