Insight Psychological is proud to partner with The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) to support the mental health and well-being of the engineering and geoscience community.

Through our partnership, we are pleased to offer preferred rates on our counselling and assessment services to APEGA members, APEGA staff, and their spouses and children.

Your Exclusive APEGA Offers

Valid from August 1st, 2025, to July 31st, 2027, APEGA members and staff can take advantage of the following preferred rates:

Specialized Individual Counselling: Receive a 5% discount on hourly counselling sessions.
Specialized Individual Psychological and Functional Capacity Assessments: Receive a 5% discount on the hourly rate for these assessments. Please note that court-ordered assessments are excluded from this offer.
Extended Wellness Benefits: APEGA staff or members who become clients of Insight Psychological Inc. also gain access to exclusive discounts with our medical and para-medical partners. This includes services such as massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic services, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.

How to Access Your Discount

For Individual Counselling Services

You can book your sessions either online or over the phone. The discount will be applied directly at the time of payment.

In-Person Sessions: Payment is taken when you arrive for your appointment. Simply provide your APEGA employment or member ID information when you arrive for your first appointment, or if your last appointment was over 12 months ago.
Phone or Online Sessions: Payment for virtual sessions is taken within 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please call or email us with your APEGA staff or member ID when booking your first appointment so we can apply the discount to your profile.

For Psychological and Functional Capacity Assessments

To access your discount for assessments, please book directly with Insight’s Assessment Coordinator by sending an email to assessments@insightpsychological.ca
You will need to provide your APEGA employment or member ID information to the coordinator to apply the preferred rate.

Corporate Solutions for APEGA Leaders

Are you an APEGA member who owns a business or leads a team? Insight Psychological also extends preferred rates to your organization to help you support your employees’ mental health and wellness.

MyPsychPulse Mental Health Assessments for Companies: Receive a discount of up to 50% for your company, depending on your purchase volume.
Corporate Workshops & Group Intervention: Receive a discount of up to 10% for your company on Lunch & Learns, half-day or full-day workshops, and group intervention and support sessions, depending on the number of attendees.
Critical Incident Debriefing & Case Consults: Receive a 5% discount on critical incident group debriefing and hourly consultations for employee mental health and addictions cases.
