I am 16 yr old girl.I feel like Im slim wen I actually m slightly overweight. But its not that i didnt try to lose weight.I used to do aerobics n yoga for aroun 2 1/2 -3 hours everyday while eat 600 to 1000 cals at most but isimply cant lose weight.I get urge to eat even when I am full.M frustrated
