View ProfileConfidential counselling for sex-related concerns, individual or with a partner, in Edmonton, available as soon as this week.
our specialized therapists are here to help.
If any of these sound familiar, we can help.
You don’t need a crisis to justify getting support around sex, and you don’t need to come in with a partner if you’d rather start on your own, or bring one along if you’re working through this together. If something feels confusing, distressing, or like it’s affecting a relationship or your sense of self, that’s reason enough to talk to someone.
There’s no wrong time to reach out, alone or together, and no version of this conversation you need to have figured out first.
and we work at your pace.
Our therapists take a non-judgmental, client-led approach, whether you’re coming in on your own or with a partner. You set the pace and the topics; we’re here to support whatever that looks like for you.
Helps address the anxiety, shame, or intrusive thoughts that can get in the way of sex or a healthy relationship with your own body.
Focused specifically on sexual concerns like desire, arousal, function, and pain, for individuals or couples, in a clinical, non-judgmental setting.
For sexual difficulties connected to past trauma or difficult experiences, individually or as a couple.
Your therapist will always follow your lead on what you want to work on, how fast, and whether that’s on your own or with a partner in the room.
Tell us what you’re going through, and we’ll connect you with the right therapist for your needs.
Answer a few quick questions, and we’ll find the best therapist match for you.

Most clients are seen within the same week, waiting shouldn’t be part of it.
Our therapists have specific training and experience working with adults of all ages struggling with intimacy issues, bringing a non-judgmental approach to these conversations.
Alberta Blue Cross, Greenshield, Canada Life, Sun Life, Manulife and more. Most extended health plans also cover our services.
We offer counselling at reduced rates through our Master’s level accredited Therapists, so cost is never a barrier to getting help.
We have locations in Edmonton, Sherwood Park and Calgary. Online sessions are also available if that works better for you.
We know that the relationship between a client and their therapist matters above everything else. We’ll take the time to find the right fit.
No. People come to us for all kinds of reasons: mismatched desire, pain or difficulty during sex, rebuilding intimacy after a hard period, or wanting to understand themselves or their relationship better. You don’t need a diagnosis or a defined ‘problem’ to reach out, on your own or with a partner.
Most clients get their first appointment within the same week of reaching out. Many of our therapists also offer evening and weekend appointments, so you can find a time that works around your job or family schedule. Call us at (780) 461-1717 or book online, and we’ll match you with someone who has room to see you soon.
Most extended health benefit plans cover psychological care services. We can direct bill several major insurers, including Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life, Sun Life Manulife and Greenshield, so you may not have to pay out of pocket. For plans we can’t direct bill, we provide a receipt you can submit for reimbursement. Alberta Health Care does not cover private therapy, so we recommend confirming your specific plan’s coverage, or call us and we’ll help you check before you book.
Either works. Some people prefer to start individually and bring a partner in later, others start together from the first session. If you’re not sure, mention it when you book and we can help you figure out what makes sense for your situation.
Yes. What you share in therapy, whether that’s session content, your reason for reaching out, or any records we keep, is treated as confidential. We don’t disclose it to anyone outside your care team without your consent, and that includes keeping your booking and billing discreet given how private this topic can be.
There are a small number of legal exceptions all therapists are required to follow, most commonly if there’s a risk of serious harm to you or someone else. Your therapist will explain these limits clearly before you start, so there are no surprises.
If you’re coming in as a couple, what’s shared in a joint session is shared with both partners, since you’re both in the room. If either of you also has individual sessions, either alongside couples work or on your own, what you share in those individual sessions stays between you and your therapist and isn’t automatically passed to your partner. Your therapist can talk through how this works for your specific situation before you begin.
We’re here to help every step of the way.
