Bob Stenhouse is a Senior Associate at Insight Corporate Care. He is a retired RCMP leader, undercover pioneer and organized crime investigator who has brought his passions, education and experiences together in the promotion of psychological safety in the workplace. As a leader of a Corporate Investigations Unit for the largest employer in Alberta (Alberta Health Services), Bob has extensive investigation and risk management experience with serious and complex incidents in the workplace. He has seen the good, the bad and the ugly in workplace cultures. A certified assessor and facilitator in Emotional Intelligence. Bob strongly believes that EI is the missing ingredient to the management of risk and promotion of psychological safety in all workplaces.

Cherie Langlois Klassen currently sits as a Tribunal member of the Alberta Human Rights Commission and was also recently appointed as a Vice-Chair of the Alberta Mental Health Review Panel. She holds a five-year appointment as a Clinical Associate (Academic Colleague) in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Alberta, and is principal of Cherie Langlois-Klassen Professional Law Corporation. Her driving passion throughout her career has been the belief that we can (and should) create safer, more just, and healthier work environments. Cherie’s special interest lies in substance use disorders and mental health at work. She is a frequent speaker in various forums on accommodating disability and other rights-related issues.
