More about Tracy Firth

I enjoy working with adolescents, youth, and adults primarily within a person-centered framework. Central to this approach is the belief that the ability to grow and change is inherent within each individual.  My goal as a therapist is to help you find clarity, and create positive change in your life. Together, we will target the limiting beliefs, behaviours, and language that often holds us back from reaching our full potential.

My practice is evidence-based, and I will draw skills and techniques from a variety of approaches to help you achieve your goal(s).  I have additional training in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma (CPT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Skills, the Gottman Method level 1&2 for couples, Suicidality, and Non-Suicidal Self Injury (NSSI).

I bring my authentic self to every session, along with kindness, empathy, and a quirky sense of humour.  I look forward to working with you!
