Insight Psychological Therapists - Karen Gaudin

Karen Gaudin, Registered Psychologist, MC, Recovery Clinical Lead, (She/Her)
Hello my name is Karen. I am a Registered Psychologist and I am currently accepting new clients. I really look forward to meeting with you to determine if I am a good fit as your counsellor and if so, sitting alongside of you on your therapeutic journey. Let’s get started!
I work from a Humanistic Approach where I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives. Therefore they themselves inherently know what is best for them, but may need some additional help, supports and resources to get to where they want to be. I also believe that a lot of mental health issues are a result of people being forced to live inauthentic lives due to attempts to satisfy others expectations set out by family, friends, partners and/or society. I think that my clients healing and well-being starts with the path to self-love, self-acceptance and having a safe space to be the most genuine version of themselves. I want to always create that environment of acceptance, non-judgement and empowerment for my clients. Together we can get you to where you want to be, while embracing who you truly are and being the best version of yourself.
Unfortunately, Karen Gaudin is not seeing any new clients at Insight Psychological. Please select another therapist from our team.

A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS:
What is your favourite quote?
