More about Erin Wilkinson

My passion is to help others at whatever stage of life they are in life. I have spent the past 11 years in professional and volunteer roles focused on supporting individual psychosocial and mental health needs.

I believe counselling provides the ability for clients to engage in meaningful exploration of their feelings, beliefs, behaviour, and worldview, to assist individuals in their growth process, which in turn, enables them to make constructive change. I conduct individual, couples, and group therapy.  The theoretical approaches I draw from are: Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Gottman’s Approach (couples), and Adlerian (attachment theory) to inform my practice. I look forward to working with you.
