More About Chad Dalley

I am currently completing my Masters in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. I made the decision to enter a masters program after years of working with children, young and young adults with various mental health struggles in a frontline capacity. From early on in my career, I have been drawn to services aimed at mental health interventions because of the life-changing impact it can have on the individual and the people around them.

As a practicum intern, my number one focus is to help individuals navigate their lives in order to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. My therapeutic approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy. I understand that therapy is not a one size fits all approach and therefore I adjust my approach to meet the needs of the individual I am working with.
