More About Bonnie Kelly
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work. Becoming a psychologist and working with people has been a lifelong passion of mine, ever since I was quite young. My approach to counselling is grounded in a person-centred, affirming, and strength-based perspective. I’m dedicated to truly understanding you—your experiences, your story, and the unique worldview that shapes who you are.
My goal is to create a secure, supportive environment where you feel safe to express your authentic self and embark on a journey of personal growth. I specialize in working with teenagers, adults, families, and parents, and I deeply believe that strong relationships are at the heart of well-being. I particularly enjoy helping individuals navigate life transitions, manage stress, and build stronger self-awareness and coping skills. Whether it’s supporting families in strengthening their bonds, guiding parents through difficult situations, or helping teenagers navigate the complexities of growing up, I’m here to provide a nurturing space where everyone feels heard and valued.
I’m here to listen, support, and help you move forward with greater clarity, connection, and confidence. I look forward to getting to know you and working together as you take steps toward your goals and well-being!
