More About Bob Stenhouse
I began my policing career at the age of twenty and quickly became proficient at conducting complex and serious criminal investigations. Achieving high profile positions in plainclothes investigations units, I became nationally recognized for my successful work in undercover homicide, organized crime and biker gang investigations. I was rapidly promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant and was leader of teams of up to 100 personnel.
After retiring from the RCMP I specialized in workplace, regulatory and human rights investigations. In 2009 I envisioned, developed and lead a highly specialized Corporate Investigations Unit within the largest employer in Alberta, Alberta Health Services. Developing policy, procedure and best practices in the areas of, workplace investigations, threat assessments, training and development, and prevention of violence strategies, this experience has now crossed over into my consulting career. My position as Executive Director further complemented my management and leadership development and experience.
I have a passion to help employers develop high performing leaders and teams through emotional intelligence, proper process, procedures and best practices related to risk management and internal workplace investigations.
