A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS

Alisha, what is your favourite quote?

“Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, dreams are forever.”-Walt Disney

What do you do to keep your outlook optimistic?

Trying to keep an optimistic outlook all the time can be challenging, but there are things that I do to help myself remain optimistic. One thing that I do, is try and focus on the positives. Although not every day is going to be a great day, it is still important to find at least one thing that went right or one thing that you can feel good about. For me, it can be about focusing on how happy I feel when I get to see my dog after a day of work, how great this cup of tea I made for myself is and/or acknowledging all the wonderful and supportive people that I have in my life.
