Tina Cowan is currently enrolled in the Masters in Marital and Family Therapy Program at Loma Linda University (Canadian Campus). She is very excited to be starting her internship at Insight Psychological.

Tina believes in the power of change through education and empowerment. She takes a narrative and cognitive behavioral approach to helping couples and families find the resources they need to move themselves forward.

Tina’s graduate and undergraduate training, combined with her work in domestic violence, has provided her with the skills needed to assist individuals and families in their therapeutic healing. Tina has worked with a variety of clientele in the areas of healthy relationships, effective communication, depression, self esteem, and parenting through violence.
