why am i so angry?

i’m dating a guy that i like, but i tend to treat him really bad out of nowhere. all of a sudden i feel really angry when i look at him, and i don’t understand why. he hasn’t done anything bad to me. he has always been good to me. i think he might even have feelings for me.
