I’m a 20 years old woman diagnosed with AS 4 years ago. I had taken 1,5 years of counseling in highschool but I’m still having problems when facing social situation. I’m completely shut-in, I avoid contact with anyone, I feel pathetic to the point I attempted suicide. What should I do? Please help.
