Dear Drs, I have a brother he is now 29 years old he never gets out of his room always depressed and has social phobia he has been 25 years going to psychologists but in vain they only prescribe him antidepressants and antipsychotics that do nothing only make him sleepy,he is so nice and kind and graduated from university and very wise but he has severe depression and always alone but he heas everything whatever he wants he has but no freinds no one to talk to even me and my sister are at our unversities and my parents always and he is alone always , what to do ?? he is so ill now even he is thinking of suicide all the time ..PLease help … what to do
