Insight Psychological Inc. implements our EFAP services under an assessment treatment model which allows us to provide comprehensive psychological services to our clients throughout Alberta in the following areas: Edmonton, Red Deer and Calgary.

At Insight we can use formal assessments such as personality, intellectual, social, emotional and vocational testing during and prior to counselling services as an informal assessment. This is done to evaluate and determine the best course of action prior to working on the issue.

In certain cases group therapy, case management, general consultation, or training and education can also be arranged.
