• Information regarding the usage of EFAP by an employee or his/her family member is held in strict confidence. Written consent is required for the release of any personal information.
• No organizational access to individual records.
• Off-site location.
• Appointments for employees of your organization will not be made sequentially or concurrently.
• Third party audits are done to keep client records and identity confidential.
• After-hour appointments available.
• A direct self-referral process.
