what is the psychology of a man driving around town: getting fast food, driving in the diamond lane, going home-with a dead corpse in the passenger seat?

This is a difficult question to answer. I would need to know more about the situation before I could give an accurate diagnosis. Where did this dead corpse come from? Was it someone this person killed? Did this person find the corpse? What does he intend to do with the body?
I am curious about what is going on in this person’s life right now. Perhaps they would want to speak to a counselor.
