Ashley Tulloch

Ashley is energetic and passionate about her internship as a marriage and family therapist.  Ashley is currently obtaining a Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy, and her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology.  Her extensive undergraduate and graduate level training provides her with a strong foundation from which to offer quality psychotherapy treatment services to individuals, couples, and families.

Ashley utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy with an emphasis on client-centered solution-focused therapy.  Ashley aims to facilitate an environment in which her clients are empowered to uncover their inherent strengths, resources, and competencies and create preferred realities for their future.  She supports her clients in setting realistic goals within the context of their lives so they can experience growth and change in a meaningful way.

Ashley has worked with a variety of clients of different cultures, abilities, and ages experiencing a range of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, addictions, life transitions, crisis, sexual abuse, stress management, and relational conflict.  Her background also includes working with high-risk youth in residential treatment who struggle with multiple issues including attachment disruptions, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, depression, and post-traumatic stress.
