Couples Counselling

Hello, My fiance and I have decided that we would try and seek help. We would like to stay together but there has been so many things that have happened (a lot of them hurtful and bad) that altered our views on each other. I understand that there will be a lot of work involved but we are both willing to try and work it out. How do we start with the counseling and how often would we have to do it?

Anna,

Thank you for turning to Insight Psychological.  I admire your courage and willingness to address the issues in your relationship.  In order to get started, I encourage you to research our therapists online to look for a fit and then contact the office nearest you to book an appointment.  Following your first session, you and your fiance can discuss with your therapist how often you would like to see him/her.

Sincerely,

Ashley Tulloch
